Code of Conduct agreement

We agree to conduct ourselves in a professional manner at all times while representing Citizens4action.

We agree that as individuals, we are solely responsible for our actions and save Citizens4action from any legal consequences of said actions.

We are solely responsible for retaining and updating any data that may be collected in the process of running our local chapter.

We are responsible to keep up to date with information and other data which may be placed on the main web site or notified via email.

We agree to attend such virtual meetings as called by the main Citizens4action founders, subject to normal time constraints. (Plenty of notice will be given).

Be polite, positive, in control of your facts and try to discuss any issues in a positive manner

We agree to refer any media inquiries to the founders and under no circumstances to talk to any form of media, without first talking to founders.
Other 'codes of conduct' and requirements may be required and will be added, as and when it is deemed necessary to do so. All items stated are subject to change 'Cititzens4action' must be advised of all actions to be taken before those proposed actions take place and notified by email and 'citizens4action' is in no way responsible for any actions taken.
