First step

A team of 3 people to look after emails/surveys sending out and collating replies.

Second step

A team of 4 -5 people to decide what is going into your email survey and how often.

Third step

The same group of 4-5 people will review the responses from collated information and the comments to determine next steps.

Fourth step

Pick 2 people to be the representatives for the chapter who will be responsible for making contact / meeting with the elected representative. If you are refused a face to face after calling to arrange a time - then prepare meeting notes with all information, keep 2 copies (one for you and one for us) and send by mail /hand deliver to the elected official local to you.

Fifth step

At meeting/call/zoom present concerns as per your survey in a professional, polite and most important, non confrontational manner. Discuss concerns and solutions and request a time-frame from official, note on record the date and time and arrange for a 'follow up' in a timely fashion.

What's next

Now that you've seen the outline, now's the time for you to act LOCALLY.

We can ALL succeed if we do that and become a force multiplier.

Click here for the next step. ( You will be asked to agree to a 'code of conduct' and provide your name and contact information so we can add your chapter to the website, so people can contact you and grow the movement).
